Someone asked me to make this and I'm bored af so why not?

This is a MercyXGengi story, I totally ship them and I main Mercy, and I always liked playing with a Genji because I ship them. So I decided to write a story on them. Hope y'all enjoy

This is different from most gency fan-fics. The story starts after overwatch was shut down (approx 5 yrs after it was shut down). Also the characters are a few years younger. It does not follow the exact plot but is inspired by it.

What if Genji and Mercy hate each other since they first meet? What if Mercy hides her true powers from everyone? What if the hate between them turn into something called love? Read to find out more... Short side note: This story is based on an Overwatch RP I did together with a friend of mine. Also please remember, that Englisch is NOT my mother tongue. Angela was quite confident in her capabilities as a combat medic. After all, she had spent years training for the chance to save someone's life. However, Overwatch brings a case that nothing could have prepared her for. He's on the brink of death and no one suspects that the angel of mercy can bring him back.

A gency story

After years of thinking his brother was dead, the guilt consumed him. He didn't know why or how he killed him. One night he was sleeping restlessly, the next he was standing over his brother. While Genji's dead eyes and tears slowly leaking out of them stared back at him. Confused and sorrow consumed him. Not knowing what to do, he ran. Dropping the sword that was once a gift and a symbol of honor. Was now the weapon that was used to slay his brother. Hanzo flees from the scene, disappearing for years to come. Miraculously, Genji had survived and Hanzo knew. He was grateful that his brother was alive. He knew how much he suffered and hate toward Hanzo strengthened. Knowing that he didn't want to look at the thing that became his brother. He left for so many more years, not knowing of the thing he would become. The world has turn to chaos by an unknown species . They come and attacks Genji's new home(overwatch). But then a someone appears to save the day. (Mccree and hanzos relationship will be addressed later and will go off that) • I do not own overwatch or any of the pictures •

A story of my favourite overwatch ship ever, This story will be containing mature themes so here's your warning and it will mostly follow the story of Mercy and Genji as per the cannon lore but obviously with my own additions sprinkled in. Enjoy!!
