As the title suggests, this was originally written for a Malaysian, but, sadly, it was rejected. And, then, i thought it was the perfect story for one of the most important days in Malaysian history, HARI KEMERDEKAAN. It has been edited a tad, so that it fits more with the spirit of being a Malaysian story. Not an Indian story. Though I like to use the label "Indian", I do feel like I am more Malaysian than I am Indian. Is that sad? Absolutely not. That is who I am. And nothing in the world can change my mind about that. To all my fellow Malaysian homies out there, stay strong. And believe that change can come if we initiate it. Let's all change Malaysia for the better. It is possible and I will do anything I can to push our country into a better future. This goes out to all my youth fam. If you dislike Syed Saddiq, make another party that you think will be better. To my homies in Sabah, I hope you vote for the right government. I really do. For your sake. A government that will not steal and proceed to disappear. A government that won't take away your right to be open minded and happy in your own state.
