There are the original couples such as Meredith and Derek, Christina and Owen(i know it's not and original couple but I just love them so much), Arizona and Callie, Jackson and April, Mark and Lexi, and Alex and Jo. Derek and Meredith have Zola who is just 8, Bailey who is 4 and Ellis who is 2 years old. Callie and Arizona have Sophie who is now 2. Bailey has Tuck. They have all chosen their specialties. Alex is in Pediatrics, Meredith is in General surgery, George is in Trama, Christiana is in Cardio, Izzy is in Oncology, Jackson is in Plastics, April is also in General, Percy and Reed decided to leave.
