Merlin lays his life on the line to save Arthur yet again, only this time there are witnesses, lots of them. Only Arthur prevents him going to the headman's axe straight away, but Arthur alone cannot save him. That is up to both of them. Pairing: Merlin/Arthur This is set some time after season 1 of BBC's Merlin. It was originally written for the Merlin Big Bang on Livejournal in 2009.

All it took was one trip to Camelot to change destiny forever. When Merlin and his younger sister, Vivian, are sent to live with Gaius in Camelot, they expect a fresh start. What they don't expect is to be thrown into a kingdom where magic is outlawed, secrets can get you killed, and the royal family is far more complicated than they first appear. After Merlin accidentally uses magic to save Gaius from falling to his death, the old physician quickly realizes both siblings share the same dangerous gift. Promising to keep their secret safe, Gaius welcomes them into Camelot, though he warns them to be careful. In a kingdom ruled by fear, magic is not something people survive. George and Monghoosze are ruling Georgetown. Pinky Pie goes greedy and tries to take Georgetown from them. She brings the Dementia Trespass ponies who escaped jail and they take over Georgetown, locking the original owners in the moisture-laden dungeon. There they sit for an eternity. Of course, Morgana and Arthur hear of this and zip it to help their nieces. They ontain a map to get there and assist. They leave Uther in charge of Camelot, unknowingly of his plan to secure the castle for himself. Merlin and Mdandy Whom should they help? They are loyal to Uther. But Gwen is Arthur's wife. Sister Bear and Brother Bear are once again transported to Camelot after Gargamal, who was messing around with a universe machine, accidently teleported them back. Stuck in a place of accidental royalty, the siblings must learn to be royal and figure out a plan to save Cenred and Mongoose along with Arthur and Morgana. Gwayne and Ariel. Draco Malfo_y hasn't told his parents (Georgetown ans Monhoozely), but he does not wish to be royal anymore. He wants to be unreal (unroyal) so he cjoose to marry who he wants too. But that is another issue. Grace or Anne?Both of them seem to be loving him and he finds himself stuck in past thoughts of Ginny.Harry is despised dementia to see that Anne is in love with Draco Malfo_y after tbe Harry Potter *world( is taken to help win back the kingdoms in turmoil.Why didn't she tell him she was falling out of love? A new player in game, Jasmine. Actual Factual Bear (FAB) is held captive by Rainbow Dash and Pinky Pie, who have gotten together rule. Ponyville was too small for them. They needed more. Will Georgered and Morgause get back Georgetown? Will Draco Malfo_y be able to choose between the girls he can't choose between? Will AFB get out of the lab in time with Graces help? Is it too late for Harry? Will Thomas figure out a way out of the maze? Or is King Po's kingdom gone for good? And has Uther had his last straw? Will Graggy convince Mdandy?

Merlin was fine. Merlin was fine when the school bullies rammed him into the walls and beat bruises into his skin. It was normal that no one cared. None of it seemed to matter. But then a new boy starts at his school, and Merlin finds his perception of the world thrown into a refraction of a much deeper meaning. One of the early days in Cigazzati, Lyra wants to know how specters were created and even though she doesn't want to use the alethiometer she really wants to know. What she finds out links to back to centuries ago back when Arthur ruled Camelot and Merlin was happy. And when Morgana disappeared from Camelot after her first time taking over Camelot. Also before anyone comes after me: Ok I know this doesn't make any sense as specters are created by the subtle knife opening a window. This is just for the story don't hate me. Maybe Morgana had something like the subtle knife from her magic who knows? Maybe Excalibur can act like the subtle knife, so if Excalibur can cut between worlds, it was forged with the dragons breath later like Mordred's sword and this dagger. So for any of this shit to make sense that's the logic for the fanfic before any one comes for me. Just think that Dragons breath- subtle knife like. maybe the creators of the subtle knife were Dragonlords..? (Obviously some more from his Dark Materials has been completely put to the side for this FanFiction to work and if you don't like that you don't have to read it but don't come complaining to me I have done certain things purposely so the story makes sense) crossover between Merlin BBC and His Dark Materials which is also on BBC. If you've only watched one, go watch the other one. if you've never heard of Merlin there's a scene in the beginning of season 4 episode 1 where Morgana does the same thing Asriel did to Roger but with her sister that's for context but seriously go watch Merlin!

Coping with the end of the show by sharing ideas of mine for this world. No smut, I'm not comfortable writing like that yet, at least not in detail.

When Arthur finds out about Merlin's magic, he uncovers more about himself than he ever could about Merlin. Merlin, Arthur and Morgana have more in common than you might think at first and the three of them must keep each other's secrets or risk all of their lives.
