A collection of one shots centered around everyone's favorite prince and servant. There's going to be lots of diversity among the stories, so there will probably be something for everyone at some point! This includes one shots taking place in the canon world and potential AUs. It's because of this that so many characters are listed for this work! Most likely going to have slow/off-on updates; I tend to hop between writing for fandoms and working on my personal projects. I hope you enjoy these stories!

Arthur stopped , his shoulders dropping, as Merlin set off at a run. "I was hoping you'd remember," he said quietly to no one. - A happy, fix-all modern day AU story written after the series finale of BBC Merlin back in 2012.

For Arthur Rothwell, space has always meant freedom. Since he was young he has been called to a dangerous life amongst the stars, but the arrival of a mysterious man on his ship changes the course of his life. If only he could work out why the stranger seems to attract trouble, and why Lord Agravaine has suddenly taken an interest in the antics of a lowly fatherless pirate...

It just might take me a while to get there, so I would suggest finishing before reading this.

Merlin no longer believes in prophecy. Why did he ever trust an overgrown lizard in the first place? Arthur will never change. Forging a new side in the war and throwing the phrophecy aside. Merlin looks to make a future where his kind will live safe under the protection of magic.

Merlin (Arthur's POV) is basically the tale of BBC Merlin completely through his point of view. He doesn't know about Merlin's magic, doesn't know about Morgana going dark before it was obvious, and he never knows what really goes on. Now for those who might not watch the show but are still curious... Arthur Pendragon, crown prince of Camelot, had lived the life he was meant to for twenty-five years. Everything starts to change when Merlin moved to town though. The commoner is witty, honest, and the bravest person Arthur had ever met. Then Merlin and Arthur are forced into a relationship neither are exactly happy to be in. Merlin is his new manservant- annoying him all day, all week, and until he is allowed to fire the godforsaken villager. Of course, that time might come later rather than sooner with King Uther's stubbornness as a factor. Merlin felt the golden light fade from his eyes as he looked to Arthur, who was standing mere meters away from him. He didn't even have to look at the King to feel the expression on his face. No sooner had he looked to the other man; Merlin had frozen on the spot. It was as if the world had stopped at their feet and that he and Arthur were the only two people standing in it. OR Merlin reveals his magic to save Arthur's life in the midst of a battle. Wracked with fear for Arthur, he runs away, and Arthur finds himself unable to let Merlin go.

(Modern day AU; Merlin's POV) Merlin is a normal high school student during the day, and a vigilante by night. He searches the streets for crime, and saves the lives of many with the help of his team. How long can Merlin keep his secret?

More than 1,000 years after Arthur's death, Merlin is still waiting for his King's return. He waits in an abandoned, yet fully decorated observatory on the shore of the Lake of Avalon. An observatory that he has decorated to his heart's content, a place truly fit for a King. He couldn't wait for the day that Arthur would see it.

It could be a date but it might not be. Arthur is a jock and forces Merlin to go ice skating with him and magic-related shenanigans ensues... This has been in my drafts for like 3 years at this point and I'm curious if anyone even keeps up with my account any more. Probably don't expect anything from me after this but I'm planning to move over to ao3 this summer and start writing again so if anyone is interested in some lesbian witch stories hmu!

In which Merlin is court sorcerer, and the knights bet that they can beat Merlin in a fight. Merlin happily accepts the challenge, knowing well that the knights of Camelot don't stand much of a chance against him. He is the most powerful sorcerer in the world after all. Meanwhile, Arthur struggles to keep his feelings for Merlin under wraps. Merlins a sassy shit, and Arthur's in love with Him, obviously.

When Arthur spares the life of a magic user, he must prove his competence to his father by capturing another sorcerer. Merlin, despite being against it in his heart, joins Arthur on his hunt for a sorcerer with a bewitched ring.
