MERLIN SPOILERS!!!!! *********************** **************************************************** If you hated the ending of Merlin as much as I did, read this! It begins in the last episode right before Merlin and Gaius split up. This is my opinion of how Merlin should have ended. NOTE: NOT A MERTHUR STORY.

On their journey to save Gwen from Hengist, Arthur slowly realizes that he not only has feelings for Gwen, he also has feelings for Merlin. And all it takes to finally act on them is Merlin falling from the tower and almost dying. Set in the episode 2x04 Lancelot and Guinevere.

It's Arthur's first Christmas after coming back from Avalon, and he's finally found the best gift for Merlin. The gift is so perfect that it might just make Merlin cry. (Or: Arthur finds photos of Château de Pierrefonds online, prints one and gives it to Merlin, who's already forgotten what Camelot used to look like because of his long life.)

Why do you care so much? The boy is just a servant. What if Arthur was the one to kiss Merlin instead of Gwen in 1x04 The Poisoned Chalice? After returning from the journey to retrieve the Mortaeus flower, then watching Merlin almost die and kissing him, Arthur is arrested for disobeying his father's orders to stay in Camelot. At least he has some time alone to think about why exactly he kissed Merlin. Merlin, on the other hand, can think about the same thing from the comfort of his home. When Arthur is released from prison, they both need to talk.

All it took was one trip to Camelot to change destiny forever. When Merlin and his younger sister, Vivian, are sent to live with Gaius in Camelot, they expect a fresh start. What they don't expect is to be thrown into a kingdom where magic is outlawed, secrets can get you killed, and the royal family is far more complicated than they first appear. After Merlin accidentally uses magic to save Gaius from falling to his death, the old physician quickly realizes both siblings share the same dangerous gift. Promising to keep their secret safe, Gaius welcomes them into Camelot, though he warns them to be careful. In a kingdom ruled by fear, magic is not something people survive. The next day, while Merlin goes off to explore the city, Vivian wanders elsewhere, fascinated by the castle she'd heard stories about her entire life. When Morgana takes the Mage Stone to bring it to Tauren and to offer her help in killing Uther, Merlin follows her. Unfortunately for him, Morgana finds him and Merlin accidentally reveals his magic to her by touching the stone. They have a lot to talk about now. For example, will Merlin be willing to help Morgana kill Arthur's father? Set in the episode 1x12 To Kill the King

Random little scenes(or sometimes full on 15,000 word oneshots) I constantly think about. Not all are romantic and most are very far fetched from canon, but I take requests so if you've imagined something Merlin related, I'd be more than happy to make it come to life to the best of my ability. ^v^☆ Don't know if I'll be making some Merthurs, but if it's a request, I'd be happy to write one. Also, I'm not familiar with 2nd Person P.O.V. / xReader, so I'm sort of using this as a kind of practice as I'm still exploring what kind of writing I can do, what I want to do. Just saying so you guys can take it into consideration and maybe leave some tips(?). Either way, I hope you enjoy! ☆_^ P.S.: I realized that most of these aren't even romantic, so if anyone has some really fluffy ideas, I'd like to know because I enjoy plot changes so much, I forgot to add some romantic ones, so there's very little of them.

It's a stormy night in Camelot and Merlin just had an argument with Gaius. He hides in Arthur's chambers to finish reading his book in peace. Of course, the prince wakes up and is not very happy to find Merlin there.

Merlin and Arthur are their usual sarcastic selves, and with a little help from Gwaine and Leon, learn about feelings for each other that they didn't know they had. But will they realize what they have before it's too late? *Disclaimer* If you don't like Merlin leave now. Also I don't own any of the characters or the book cover.

I want to make several assumptions or changes before I begin this story: *One is that Uther Pendragon was once friends with Balinor, the Dragonlord. *Another is that Hunith is Gaius's younger sister and that she too once worked in the castle, but as a servant. *A third is that Uther was actually rather found of magic before Igraine's death and the Purge. *The death taken in exchange for another does not have to be instantaneous if the circumstances call for it. In this story Igraine doesn't die. Instead another's life is taken. Merlin's magic is common knowledge and Uther is actually quite fond of him, perhaps a bit overprotective due to circumstances that you will come to learn. I, of course, own nothing of the characters or setting. That belongs to BBC who really should continue the series. The prologue of this story is going to be very brief set up for the series, which will take place when the boys are older. So don't mind it too much if its quick and bit messy. It's only meant to be a background.
