It's Arthur's first Christmas after coming back from Avalon, and he's finally found the best gift for Merlin. The gift is so perfect that it might just make Merlin cry. (Or: Arthur finds photos of Château de Pierrefonds online, prints one and gives it to Merlin, who's already forgotten what Camelot used to look like because of his long life.)

Merlin and Arthur are their usual sarcastic selves, and with a little help from Gwaine and Leon, learn about feelings for each other that they didn't know they had. So, this story is basically a female oc x Merlin. Most of the chapters are oneshots. And also, a few of my works are based on something else, like a clip from a movie or another fanfic. I'll give references at the start of those chapters. Thanks!

When Morgana takes the Mage Stone to bring it to Tauren and to offer her help in killing Uther, Merlin follows her. Unfortunately for him, Morgana finds him and Merlin accidentally reveals his magic to her by touching the stone. They have a lot to talk about now. When both Gwen and Merlin witness another accident caused by Morgana's magic, there is no more denying. Despite Gaius' strong advice against it, Merlin decides to help Morgana and tell her and Gwen about his magic. Meanwhile, Arthur follows Merlin to Morgana's chambers to inform him that he needs to let her rest and should absolutely not be bringing her flowers. Because she needs to rest. No other reason of course. Nope. Set in the episode 2x03 The Nightmare Begins.

Merlin's spell accidentally went wrong causing him and Arthur travel to the future, more specifically - to Hogwarts, School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. With the help of three teenage wizards they will try to find a way to return to their time to Camelot. Merlin's been battling with his depression for a very long time. After Arthur's return, it's gotten a lot better, but that doesn't make it gone. He still has bad days, and this is one of them. Arthur's there for him this time. Fic + art.

Arthur is conscious enough during Lancelot's fight with the Griffin to hear someone speak magic, and he comes to the conclusion that Lancelot is a sorcerer. After Arthur speaks with Merlin though, he realizes that he might have been wrong. Set in 1x05 Lancelot.

He's traveled the world and gained a talented apprentice, Ellie, who helps him prepare for Arthur's return. When a group of sorcerer hunters target Albion, Arthur rises again and he, Merlin, & Ellie must prepare for the fight of their lives. Merlin is still recovering from the loss of the love of his life. Attempting to, at least. Without fully understanding it, he uses a spell meant to bring her back from the other world, and suddenly a girl from 2020 is transported to Camelot. Merlin cannot tell Arthur how she ended up there - nor can she herself - and he must on his own figure out what went wrong while he simultaneously helps her settle into their world without raising suspicion of witchcraft. I'm crazy bad at descriptions, but give it a try and see if you like it!

On their journey to save Gwen from Hengist, Arthur slowly realizes that he not only has feelings for Gwen, he also has feelings for Merlin. And all it takes to finally act on them is Merlin falling from the tower and almost dying. Set in the episode 2x04 Lancelot and Guinevere.

{Modern day Merlin AU, Merthur} The dragon promised Arthur's return, but Merlin never expected it to be like this. After spending 2000 years holding onto that promise, the very least Merlin could have hoped for was a glimpse of his King on the streets- what he got , however, was so much more. He has a chance to do it all again in a modern world where his love is no longer illegal, and where he and Arthur are not seperated by class or status. However, nothing has ever been so simple for him: not only has Arthur returned, but so have Morgana, Uther and the knights of the Round Table, not to mention a few enemies who would have been better dead and the fact that none of them know who they once were or who Merlin is. Faced with the dangers of repeating his mistakes, Merlin embarks on a journey to find peace and fulfill the destiny he had assumed complete.
