Continuing from where "World of Disney Halloween" left off, Jatniel and Brandy Gonzalez receive an unexpected visit from three new reincarnations of Sean Thomas on the evening of Christmas Eve, along with three Disney characters in the form of Hercules, Anna, and Elsa. Meanwhile, Genevieve - while in her self-exile from the Gonzalez family - encounters the "amalgamated reincarnation" known as Penz, subsequent to their adventure in "World of Disney 3," and they together discover a shocking truth about Penz when cornered by the sinister Merlock the Magician!

After the battle with the Colossus of Monstrox, Merlock revealed that Clay had magic inside of him, but because Merlock hid his magical heritage from him, he didn't know. Now, as the knights found peace within their lives once again, a dark secret will be discovered...
