After the unexpected death of her best friend, Oliver Queen, Karter Mitchell ran away from Starling City to start a new life in California, but she learns that Oliver is- perplexingly- still alive. He has spent the last five years shipwrecked on a supposedly deserted island and is now returning home. Echoing Oliver's return, a hooded vigilante has arrived and is slowly ridding Starling City of notorious criminals that have previously been untouchable to the police and other law enforcement. Strangely enough, the vigilante has taken a liking to Karter, which she reciprocates. Her curiosity gradually brings her closer and closer to him, but what happens when she gets /too/ close?
