Prince Kirishima is walking along the beach one day when he sees someone his age washed up on the shore, wearing battered clothes. Little does he know who it really is he's bringing into the kingdom... Izuku Midoriya, also known as Agent Toyu is a merman tasked with the mission of gathering intel on the people above the water. He doesn't know that for this mission to be complete, he has to turn into a human until it's too late. Tricked into working under a strange man as a "treasure hunter", Katsuki Bakugou finds himself out on a boat, trolling the waters for something interesting. When he accidentally catches a mermaid, Bakugou knows he's found his way out of his boring job and all of his debt. All he had to do was make it back to shore. But one thing has started to intrigue him recently. The Deep Sea Tank, or Deep Tank, is the one thing Katsuki hasn't seen the inhabitant of. He's tried to figure it out, but he's stumped. Izuku (Midoriya) Oceanbloom is a mermaid that is obsessed with the surface and likes to go on adventures to explore the whole ocean, But what happens when Izuku comes back from his adventure to see that his family disappeared and the only lead leads to the surface. Who will Izuku find? How will he survive on the surface? Will he ever see his family again or will scientists discover him and use him for experiments? Characters aren't mine, they come from My hero academia. I changed the last names of the characters that are going to be mermaids. Izuku is a merman of course he isn't a girl.
