Hugo has always been fine on his own. He has never needed anyone else. But when his adventures lead to him meeting a special someone, -a mermaid, no less- he makes it his mission to win her affections! Misty is a young mermaid who longs to travel the world, but has never been able to leave the confines of the waters surrounding Terapi Island. Could a certain blond alchemist be her ticket out of here? Only time will tell. This story takes place after the events of "I'm Done Holding Back."

Syrena is a mermaid princess who lives in the underwater kingdom of Atheria with her father. She is an only child and longs to go on a great adventure in the outside world. She has been told stories about the land folk since she was merely a child, about how horrible and cruel they are. How they capture mermaids and sell their scales for gold, leaving the unfortunate soul to die. But when she runs (or swims away) and by chance finds the company of thorin oakenshield will they accept her and save her? or leave her.

Cute thing, he is. Gibbs warns Will that a woman aboard a ship is bad luck, even more so if she's anything other than human. Despite his friend's warnings, Will was intrigued by Viviette. He had never met a mermaid before, he had only heard stories. Vivi defied these stories, she was so gloriously confusing. Will couldn't help but be drawn to her. (Post Curse of the Black Pearl, Pre dead man's chest) (Canon-ish?) (No Elizabeth Swann, though. Sorry) This fic will have a plot that I think could easily fit into the POTC universe, but I didn't want to be bound by canon so I tried to come up with something that would allow for more story telling instead of being restrained to one already existing plot. Be prepared for action packed scenes and piracy! Please enjoy.
