An adaptation of the movie "The Secret of Moonacre" which was loosely based on "The Little White Horse" book. This story introduces Constance Merryweather. A young 20-year old girl destined for more than the city life she was brought up in. After the sad and distressing death of both her Mother and Father Constance, her younger sister Maria and their determined governess Miss Heliotrope embark on new adventures in the West Country of England within the district of Moonacre Valley. A city girl in the countryside. What could possibly go wrong? It turns out a lot could. A story filled with fairy tales that turn to reality, bandits and plunderers threatening the borders of her new home and an unexpected acquaintance which could potentially blossom if they could only let go of their pride. NOTE - This will be a slow-paced story, I'm excited to explore Moonacre, in a different light, and do not want to rush it! Please bear with it, I'm super proud of this one and once you get stuck in I'm sure you will enjoy the storyline. UPLOAD SCHEDULE - Will be slow! Everyone knows how the the last Moon Princess saved Moonacre from being plunged into eternal darkness. But what about the young man in the shadows? The heir to the De Noir clan. The one who made it possible for Maria to find the Moon Pearls? What did he witness? What hardships and abuse did he shoulder from his father? What could've happened or been said that would make Robin De Noir put everything; his inheritance, title, and even his life; on the line to run to the aid of Maria Merryweather?

(Read 'With Robin' first!) After Blake somehow managed to save the valley everyone thought they'd be safe, but it becomes clearly obvious that isn't the case, not even a little bit. The De'noirs long time allies, the Picadura family, come for a surprise visit. They bring with them strong views about how the De'noir clans new leader runs things.

Maria Merryweather is just your average thirteen year old girl - hanging out with friends and looking out for boys. She knew that she was slightly more privileged than others, having an average sized house but filled with butlers and maids and cooks. Her mother had passed away earlier, and her father was in the government, but he had just been killed. Maria had lost it all, except for a book that her father left for her in his will. 'The Ancient Chronicles Of Moonacre Valley.' Having no family left except for an uncle she had never met who lived in the countryside who she is going to live with, Maria's life is altered as she discovers that there may be more to her than meets the eyes. - Based off the book "The Little White Horse" by Elizabeth Goudge and the film "The Secret Of Moonacre" I do not own any characters except for some.

This is my version of the movie The Secrets Of Moonacre. Where Sophia merryweather and her guardian ms heliotrope have to move in with her uncle sir Benjamin in the countryside of moonacre valley . After the death of her father. Where Maria finds out she is the last moon princess and the only one capable of breaking the family curse.cast by the very first moon princess . In order to brake the curse Sophia and her family rival the de Nior clan hier must work together to find the pearls and return them to the sea .But will this be enough to break the curse or will they be crushed and destroyed by the moon?

There wasn't just the Moon Princess, she needed protection. A friend. And she had one, there was none better. This friend became known as the Guardian of the Sun. Áine Eliana Merryweather, daughter of Sir Benjamin has lived her life in Moonacre Valley with no mother. When her cousin comes to live with her and her father. Things start to change and Áine helps her cousin, Maria, every step of the way. Along with bumping into some old friends. It will take the magic of the Sun and the Moon, to give these girls their happy ending. ~ "Will I ever see you again?" "Hopefully."

Suddenly waking up in the forest of Moonacre with a concerned Loveday above, Eva realizes she has no idea how she had gotten there or where she was exactly. That is until a vision shares the story that is about to occur in Moonacre, when Eva realizes that she knows all that is going to happen. The plot of the Secret of Moonacre movie will mostly remain the same other than the inclusion of two new character who will be each other's love interests. Eva, who does not have a last name, and Cardinal (Card) De Noir, the middle child between Robin and Loveday. I would love to put Robin with this new girl but I firmly believe that he loves Maria and Maria loves him and that they wait for her to be of age before anything happens because we do not want to be illegal here. After Maria Merryweather saves the valley, what's next? Loveday and Benjamin are married, as are Miss Heliotrope and Digweed. The Moon Princess's secret hideout is now Robin and Maria's hideaway, an escape from the intrusive adults. Maria is gifted new pearls, as well as new magic. New unseen forces may cause problems for the two teenagers, as well as past villains. Will Maria and Robin be able to overcome all the obstacles thrown their way?

Alex looses her parents at see and has to go and live with her aunty in Moonacre valley but when she gets there she finds out something shocking. Where is her aunt? Why is she here? Who are these strange people and who is this dog and horse that keep appearing.

Part 1: Maria Merryweather has just saved Moonacre Valley from its curse with the help of a once enemy, Robin De Noir. With the valley at peace, Maria has to adjust to a new life and finishing school. Little does she realize that a great danger comes from afar. Maria x Robin. All seemed well after Maria saved Moonacre Valley. She's been gone for three years to finish her schooling and finally she's returned home. Often times when I'm alone, my mind conjures up the image of the pale white moon. It's large, so large that it looks as if it could swallow dear little Moonacre in all of it's entirety. And then I feel the crushing weight of water, swirling around me. My hands frantically try to swipe the pearls off the bodice of my dress as the cold waves push me down further. My lungs cry out for air but I still plummet to the bottom of the dark ocean. When I'm finally forced to gulp down the salty liquid, I'm at peace- serene.
