Karkat is constantly flip flopping between wanting to stay in or run from his seaside town. One day, something washes up on the shore that anchors him to home. AU in which Dave is a mermaid, basically.

I don't own the cover art! This is mostly based off merstuck, but more violent. So basically vampire mermaid trolls. They're both around sixteen, though the age could be anything, honestly.

John is a 23 year old adventurer and writer, telling stories about legends, myths, and his adventures of trying to find them and prove or debunk their existence. One day, there's a sudden paranormal outbreak that his fans want him to discover in Texas Derse. A Mermaid But what happens if he falls in love with said mermaid? I originally posted this on FanFiction.net but I wanted my story to reach a wider audience so I posted this on here. I wrote this when I was very tired so stick with me.

Now you are old enough to visit the surface, once out you find a boy crying but upon closer inspection he seems different, are all humans like this? you think as you comfort him and from that day you both become close.
