23 year old, Isabella Sanchez moved back to Central City, 10-11 months after the particle explosion. And when she meets a certain Barry Allen her life changes. When the particle accelerator exploded, it didn't only affect Barry. Yarrow was just on the outskirts of the town. Her mother had told her many stories about her father and how she met him in Central City. After her mother died, Yarrow decided to find her father.
