Well, welcome to my 4th poetry collection, A Broken World, A Reason To Live. This collection is a dark but interesting look at the truth, hope, dreaming while in darkness, the future, and more. This is probably my most wide ranging and political collection in terms of themes, as I talk about stuff from the 3,000 kids stuck on the US/Mexico border due to the Trump Administration and ICE, to America's shortcomings as a state, to cancel culture and the ignored future of this world. Most of the poems in this collection are inspired by songs, actually, from bands that I will thank in the thank you note. Thanks for reading, and I hope you're having a good time. Everything you love will one day kill you. whether its the stoges, the booze, or the boy with the blue eyes, in the end they all kill you. they say that people with blue eyes are kind hearted, that they always look for the best in people. they will love with all of their hearts and are the type of people who are hard to forget. I like the idea that someone, some where, is made for you. forever. But sometimes the people you cross paths with in life, no matter how bad you want them to stay, aren't meant to be permanent. You know, I could spend 15 minutes deciding on what to wear, or look at a menu twice and still not know what to order, I'm not really sure of anything.. but i was so fucking sure of you.. I was so fucking sure..

"Crystal. You have to come with me, there's no time." I recognize this young man's face. He grabs my arm, and drags me with him. "Who are you? How do you know my name? Don't touch me!" I push him off of me and wipe the cold, wet hair off my face. "Crystal." He repeats, shouting over the wind. "We have to go." "No, I'm not letting you come another step closer until you tell me what the hell is going on and how you know me." I cross my arms, pretending like I'm not cold in the pouring rain. "My name is Andrew. We're under attack. Now come on, they're coming."

Abigail Costello is the younger sister of Ashley Costello, from the uprising band New Years Day. Abigail and Ashley have always been super close and once Ash gets amazing news about her band going on tour with Motionless in White, everyone is overly ecstatic, including Abigail since she is the makeup artist for the band and she'll be getting the amazing oppotunity to not only tour with her sister and her band, but with Motionless in White, who she is a big fan of.
