This story follows Snake(Metal Gear Solid), Sam(Splinter Cell), 47(Hitman), and Ezio(Assassin's Creed) and their lives together as... housemates? As the popularity of stealth games fell, these four fell on hard times, and now live together.

Snake and Samus have become fast friends ever since Brawl, with competion, teasing, and supporting each other. But when Snake has to decline the offer into Sm4sh due to a super important top secret mission and can't tell anyone or even hint at it, he leaves Samus all alone. This leaves her to think about him and him to think about her. When they reunit in Ultimate they catch themselves thinking a little bit differently of each other.
