In the world of Zellan, A man by the name of Theodore Drakos, a world-renowned scientist makes a life-altering mistake in his laboratory, accidentally killing himself in the process, on the day the king paid him a visit no less, at least everyone believed he was dead that is. In a twisted turn of fate, he was turned into a gigantic plant hidden from the world for 177 years, during which time in his leafy slumber everything has changed astronomically, magic beasts have become more rampant laying waste to everything around them. But a sinister threat approaches from the horizon, one born of human hatred, greed and mistrust ready to set the world on fire at the snap of their fingers, they lurk in the shadows slithering their way into all branches of society preparing to strike. At the same time, a new creature is born, an accidental union created from a one-of-a-kind plant, consumed by an unsuspecting adventurer reawakening the world-renowned scientist back to this mortal plane assuming control of the adventurer's body. Confused, Distracted and changed, our two companions now fused together, scramble for answers. however, an unlikely beast stands in there way, preventing them from finding the truth and a discovery that could change everything. Just before they embark on a journey, to find artisans who might be able to offer a hint towards some truth or direction, they make a new ally who might not be all that she seems. The three embark on a journey, armed with nothing more than the sword on their hip, the knowledge in their heads and the new voice in the scientist's head. Will they be able to unravel the mysteries that lay in their path, defeat the sinister evil and save the world from disaster before it's too late?

Things have always been hard, but when it becomes hard they move on. But this time, some unforeseen circumstances cause them to separate. As they try to find each other, they learn something about their parents they never expected!

[Originally written for justwriteit - justwritebits] In order for this book to contain some semblance of a coherent theme, all prompts about the Afterlife, alternate realities, dream world, etc, will be added here. It will maintain a somewhat lyrical [evocative and emotive] style, whilst containing some freedom to slipstream genres if I choose to. [I create all my covers. This poem explores the metamorphosis of a butterfly, from its humble beginnings as an egg to its breathtaking beauty as a winged creature. Witness the transformation, ponder the fleeting nature of life, and celebrate the cycle of rebirth that surrounds us all.

We can change our forms when we want to, we can become totally different persons. But will it ever make us happy and accepted?

It's all quite unfinished the whole gist of it, but it's usually the way. A good old book of poetry and an unnecessary sense of concentrated teenaged angst sorry.

It hurts, but what blooms at the end?

This is a compilation of my poems. Everything I write is from my mind and from my perspective therefore I do not expect you to agree with everything I write. If I write about a controversial issue then obviously my views will be biased. I will respect everyone's opinions however I also expect you to respect my opinions so please no bashing the crap out of my poems. Also, I am aware that I don't have a particular rhyme scheme to my poems however poetry isn't all about rhyming ^-^
