This story involves the characters Kursov and Lukov, who are brothers to one another, but when one betrays the other, it leads to a spiral that causes them to have a deadly confrontation with one another, that one of them can't get out of. Meanwhile, another person in the Metro of Novy Urengoy, Pyotr is tasked with searching for Lukov, but will he find his own way out towards another settlement and different lands!

Darkness resides within every one of us. When a man falls into a mysterious coma, the only way to discover what is wrong is by traveling through his mind. An imaginary world of his own creating where the creature and characters of countless worlds reside. Travel with Mikayla, the girl chosen to take this journey, as she wanders through this fictional world. Bare witness as she must, to the overwhelming darkness encroaching this world, and the heroes sent to fix it. In one station, Paveletskaya, an old Stalker by the name of Oleksandr has the crutical mission of finding medicine from Polis, the hub of the Metro. This is his story told through his entries found in his journal.

Gniezno. Pierwsza stolica Polski, stolica apostolska Polski, gdzie Św. Wojciech został pochowany. Tu pięciu królów Polski zostąło koronowanych. Miasto, które przeżyło pare wielkich najazdów z których się podnosiło coraz mniej istotne na mapach, ale żyło dalej. Trzecia Wojna Światowa dosięgła Gniezna lecz dzięki darowi od przodków zwanym tunelem przeciwlotniczym centrum miejskie ocalało. Ocaleli związali się w Związek Centralny i próbowali skontaktować się z rządem Polskim, NATO, wojskami rozjemczymi z ONZ albo chociaż z ludźmi z innych dzielnic. Przez lata złączyli do siebie więcej pomniejszych podziemnych kontygnacji razem, dalej oczekując na sygnał. Teraz, w rok pański 2035 dostali sygnał z południa od Tajwanu który nawoływał do pomocy. Teraz, mieszkańcy przyzwyczajeni do bycia jedynymi ocaleńcami muszą zmierzyć się z czymś nowym - sąsiadem. Rada zaczyna zbierać drużynę a w tunelach Centrum sieje się strach przed nieznanym. Przed czymś nowym Neofobia - strach przed wszystkim co nowe, przed zmianą, postępem.
