A collection of different Ash betrayed stories with different shippings and different stories to tell. I do not own the rights to pokemon and there will be NO lemons, but there will be swearing and self harm and abuse present as well as mentions of rape.

Mewtwo was once your favorite character since you were a kid. Now your a single 18 year old female working for a living. Life is too dull for you. Until suddenly you're whisk away from your world into a Pokemon world! And somehow Mewtwo found interested in you.

Ash is coming back from Unova and is betrayed by his 'friends' when he discovers the unanaginable about his past

He has a friend named ???(no spoilers please XD) who always had a braided hair that is color pink. She has a bracelet with color orange and a drawing of wings with fire burning it. Can Daniel be the hero of mankind, or the destruction of the world?

Team Rocket, the infamous Kanto based organization broke into Professor Oak's laboratory stealing all of his research and Pokemon except an Eevee, all for a new experiment. 14 year old Emma Anderson's parents died that day trying to protect the lab. Not wanting to be taken into a foster home she did the only thing she could...runaway. Not without taking the Eevee of course. Now she's 16 and a powerful Umbreon trainer living the life of an underground battler and criminal. She does what she can to survive living in the harsh streets of Kanto. All until one day she meets a strange boy named Kellin Locks who rescues her from an attack at a bar. He says he'll take her in and let her stay with him at his apartment in Lavender Town. Although Emma isn't the only one with a terrible past. Kellin has some secrets of his own and Emma's past with Team Rocket comes back to haunt her more than ever. "They don't show you how hard life really is in the video games. As a kid I never thought the world could be so cruel." Rated PG due to swearing, violence, mature content, and a small amount of sexual content. I do not own Pokemon. All of the OC's in this story are mine.

A great threat to the Pokemon world awaits as Team Union proceeds with their plans. Due to an unexpected event, Beerus, Whis, Goku and Vegeta have transformed into a Pokémon. Arceus doesn't have the power to make them normal. The only way to transform them back is by using the Dragon Balls. But their existence in the Pokemon world remains a question. Syrus, the leader of Team Union has many evil plans on his sleeve. Axel has to defeat him to return peace to the Pokémon World. Author's Note mentions the respective credits and rights

A young lady from our world meets with Mewtwo and the god of pokemon and is giving a deal and a task after Mewtwo sceaeches her memories. Starts in XYZ, but major changes, and goes into Sun and Moon and betrayal story.

By accident, Arceus and the creation trio unexpectedly flipped the world upside down; which cause utter chaos and madness to befall upon the Pokemon World. Everything turned the opposite; Pokémon started catching humans, Gyarados evolves to Magikarp, Ash became a badass, Brock became president and more. Only one still haven't been affected; and that is Mewtwo. Along with a badass Lucario named Luka, he was sent by Arceus to journey across the world to find Xerneas to ask for assistance in fixing the universe. What could go wrong? Everything.

Pokemon Trainer Faith has just moved to Kanto. She meets a young boy named Sparky there and they become friendly rivals. They head off onto their Pokemon journey, but what happens when a mysterious Pokemon messes with Faith's mind, giving her a variety of powerful abilities and Pokemon powers?

Mewtwo meets another of their own kind and the two have a conversation.

I could not find a better picture so it's amber and Mewtwo (just ignore it or imagine it is Ash instead I am lazy) Couldn't think of a title for this, but here is a little introduction: In this story Ash's origins will be different. He is not the son of Delia Ketchum nor he was born and raised in Pallet Town. In this universe, he is the grandson of Dr Fuji. So in a way I am replacing Amber with Ash. (If you don't understand the above text, watch the start of Mewtwo Strikes Back, you might need to watch the Japanese version or the uncut English version as they for some reason got rid of the Mewtwo's origins part in the English release) I know Amber is the daughter of Fuji in the anime, but I wanted it to make more sense for this story. In this story I want to mix the games and the anime. The academy stuff will come a little later after a long prologue/a few chapters. Expect most game and anime characters existing in this story, also Ash is going to be like Red and he has an alter ego to disguise himself which similar to silver but changing some aspects. All characters and other stuff used in this story is the property of Gamefreak and Nintendo. Arceus, the Insurgent Pokemon. At the beginning of time, it defeated Giratina to become the ruler of the universe. Giratina, the Renegade Pokemon. An extremely ancient Pokemon- it was defeated by Arceus and banished to another dimension. What war, you might ask? The war between two extremely powerful legendaries. Giratina, the God of Pokemon, fought a vicious battle with the Insurgent Pokemon, Arceus. After a long time, Arceus narrowly managed to defeat Giratina. Arceus then banished Giratina to the Distortion World in order to become the ruler of the world. Arceus also rewrote history, making everyone believe that it was the true god of them all. But what if none of this ever happened? Alan Ranger, a trainer from the present world, learned the truth about Arceus and travelled back in time with the help of a Pokemon to stop Arceus and give Giratina back its rightful place as the God of Pokemon. "Are you a boy or are you a girl?"

Mewtwo, a man-made Pokémon thought to have died. Turns out, that is not the case, as discovered by (Y/N) while exploring a cave one day. (Y/N) also finds that Mewtwo's dislike for humanity has not faded. Yet, the boy just can't help but wander back to the legendary. Mewtwo finds that, even though (Y/N) is human, he is unlike the worst. To be clear, this story is not meant to be romance. It's friendship-based. Sorry if that scares anyone off. The reader of the story is male, but females and non-binary folk are just as welcome to read if they'd like. At some point profanity is most likely to be used, as well as violence. Images used do not belong to me and any songs I may put in with the chapters are also not owned by me. Pokémon is not owned by me. Happy reading.

The future isn't set, it can be changed by even the smallest details being changed. What if, in "Mewtwo Strikes Back", Ash's latent Aura abilities were activated due to the twin Psychic blasts that struck him and his power's made him smarter, faster, stronger and he is able to use Mewtwo and Mew in the Leagues, and he becomes the greatest Pokémon trainer the world had ever know. He will face his trials, he will have to overcome his weaknesses and he will learn to love one who suffered when she meets Ash, but loves him anyway and together, Ash and Latios will be the greatest like no one ever was.
