Mexico City ends up getting in an accident that puts him in a coma, Russia, Moscow, and Mexico stay at the hospital, the doctor recommendeds playing music to help bring him back, so they use one of his playlist and find some interesting things.

This is part of the cyberpunk universe I've created for my novel called "Neon Drives". The plot takes place in the year 2098 in what used to be Mexico City. At the same time this is a speculative fiction which means the history had some deviations. In that year, the Holy Roman Empire is reigning in North America.
