Tara has a carefree attitude, staying in trouble with her peers... a lot. There are multiple stories. Not everyone of them line up with each other.

It takes place at an old school (150 years old) Heatherton Boarding School, where students from old money families find themselves to study. Its one of finest schools located on the outskirts of New York City where generations of wealthy families attended. Elizebeth Victoria Heath, the youngest of her two siblings, an in line for nothing. As she changed her major from law to journalism, her family had lost hope and decided she was not going to inherit a family business. With a destiny to own nothing, she still dreamt of owning it all. So, her family decides to follow the family tradition, making her leave her friends behind to joining Heatherton Boarding School. Her family, having a long history with the school were also large investors in it. It isn't long before she discovers secrets lurking in the school passageways and decides to blackmail her blood. Joining in the second term, she meets Clemintine and becomes close to her and her two friends. Being the curious person she is, she does research on the history of the school and discovers a wide range of unsolved mysteries at her schools giant library. Traitors, secret societies, secret passageways, an old school, a large library, family secrets and unsolved mysteries, what more could Elizibeth discover? Only time will tell. Evie partners up with the last person who she thought would believe her, Alexander 'Alex' Vanderbilt. Joining in the first term, is already two steps ahead. His family, the Vanderbilts, have a long lasting rivalry with the Heaths, and of course being the loyal oldest brother of the family, will do anything to prove himself worthy of the Vanderbilt name. Having the ability to kept up not only his name but also taking advantage of being away from his family gives him the opportunity to truly enjoy the last of his teenage years having fun, something which he couldn't do for many years.

Andrew is an arrogant guy who is careless and reckless with life and the people around him. He doesn't care what happens to anyone around him or what happens to anyone else in general. He knows that no one will ever say a thing to correct him, but then Zoey comes along. What makes her so special and what happens when these two head-strong, tough, and competitive forces collide?
