This is a Tiva fanfic that goes back and forth between past and present. The past is before Tony and Ziva get together and the present is seven years in the future when Tony and Ziva are married and have two children Tali and Aaron. The flashbacks that take place in the story tells the story of how they got to where they are in the present . Each chapter is marked for whether it takes place in the past or the present.
