The system is corrupt. And one special student knows that better than anyone else. Keiji Kaminari. And so the Vigilantes are formed. An RP book for my Kaminari x Dabi fanchild, born from an RP on my Denki Multiship RP book. Please keep in mind that Kaminari was aged up and is 20 when this RP takes places and she was a villain in the League. I don't actually ship Kaminari and Dabi. Also, this is going with the Dabi = Touya Todoroki theory, so Kiiroihi is Shouto's nephew and the Todoroki family was made aware of it, but they don't know about Touya being the villain named Dabi. Kiiroihi has never met Touya and Touya knows nothing about Kiiroihi... Not yet at least.
