Something is changing. The heroes can sense it. The underground is shifting, but no one knows why. The villainy rates have been slowly decreasing over the years, and detectives cannot find the cause. There have been rumours of increasing vigilantism, but there is no way that those small numbers could change much. ...right? - Or: The mha world has some... unique people that have come from a far away place.
