It's been seventy years since All Might retired. Another school has been turning out great heroes: The International Hero's Academy, normally known as IA for short. The school year is just starting out for a promising new batch of future heroes! But there's some things going on that few people know of- for example, the percentage of the population that possesses Quirks has dropped to below seventy. When the new students stumble across a document about this, they decide to take matters into their own hands.
