He grew up in a home that they could barely afford so when he one day got bit by a spider on a field trip that gave him powers he could pass off as a quirk.. he decided he had to be a hero. Not for himself, but for what little family he had left. If that means going to Japan most prestigious hero school, then so be it! TLDR:Peter Parker is Quirkless and broke but spider bites give powers so it's money time.
