This world had pirates, marines at a higher authority than policemen which were almost non-existent, weird fruits, islands in a quantity that you would think they were more than the stars in the sky. Deku losses his parents at the age of 4 after he learns of his quirk. he is adopted by All Might bc he felt guilty for not saving Izuku's parents, however izuku no longer wants to be a hero and is known as a trouble making delinquent. However can a brown haired girl change him?
