At least that's what is taught now a days, the world government managed to take and Iron clad hold thanks to the schools they began to build around 500 years ago. They've covered up a lot about what happened during this great pirate era, most of what is taught about it is that no one was safe from random attacks. Things became more complicated once quirks began to appear around 300 years ago. For awhile the world government seemed to associate these quirks as devil fruits, a foul tasting fruit that would grants strange powers at the price of losing the ability to swim in the vast sea. Alas Reaserch conducted by these quirk users seemed t oconfirm they are indeed seperate from devil fruits. For example a quirked human will retain their ability to swim but have different side effects of their quirk that could even be harmful to themself. Heck most people now adays believe devil fruits to be merely a legend, only whispers exist of them still being out their. In any case pirates still exist even in this great peacful era, there are still men who oposse the rule of the world government, and men who simply have dreams that the refuse to compromise on to this day. Out of the worlds population only around 50% of humans will develop a quirk. Humans are not the only intelligent species either. There are the fishmen though now a days they can be pretty rare to see as they prefer to stick to the sea and avoid the world government as best they can. There are also stories of people who live in the sky, though the world government hasn't confirmed or denied the existence of these people My hero acedemia is owned by Kohei Horikoshi and One Piece is owned by Eichiro Oda.

This is my first fanfic and I will make all the events of MHA and ONE PIECE up. So this a new world where Devil fruits and quirks coexist, but Devil fruits are rare so everyone think that Devil fruits are fake. But everyone will some find out that Devil fruits are real and someone is coming to show the new world.

Still not good at these so bear with me Midoriya in a world full of heroes and powers was powerless. That's what everyone thought when they heard he was quirkless, along some thoughts of 'Why was he even born?' and so Midoriya Izu- no, his name's Deku right? Cause he's just a useless huma- no, wrong again. He's just worthy of being someone's wooden puppet. He decided to jump, seeing if in the next world he would be something better And he was. Turns out, the next world didn't have special people born with powers... Except races, those don't count tho. This world had pirates, marines at a higher authority than policemen which were almost non-existent, weird fruits, islands in a quantity that you would think they were more than the stars in the sky. And a power based on one's willpower... Too bad he lost it all Or did he? I know the description is a bit big but what can I do? I'm excited! (Will probably be posted on AO3 with a different name)

I don't own Mha or One Piece I want to start the description with a disclaimer. This is my first story and any tips or ideas will be greatly appreciated as I will probably need it badly. I mainly wanted to write this as it is something I have always looked for. If mine doesn't suite your fancy, go look at the other amazing stories that have inspired me. Izuku midoriya is a kid who live in a world where 80% of the population in the world have powers named quirk and the other 20% doesn't have powers. Izuku is one of the poor kid who does not have a quirk. He will get bullied for 8 years until two person stand up and signed him. Those two person are Rock D. Louis and Tafalgar D. Water Law. The tree of them wants to become heroes so lets follow them in their way to become pro heroes. l So has you might have understand this is a ONE PIECE x mha fanfic. After rereading most of one piece (thats out so far) I fell in love with Zoro. I think he's awesome and so is his 3 sword style, so now we're here.

Izuku was born in the North-East of Japan which where the area was mostly in poverty and his mother and father abandoned him at an orphanage when he was just a month old. Of course, Izuku never had the best education or meals but he was a rather smart kid and could pick up things rather quickly along the way. Although having no interest in heroes in the first place will change as he meets the big city.
