Izuku Midoriya, a quirkless nobody was sent into the world of one punch man. How will he survive?

Izuku Midoriya is a regular kid for the most part. Except, he's the "reincarnation" of a godlike alien from another dimension. So, how will he fair in this world.

What if Izuku got caught in a villian attack that killed his mother and sister, and rendering his body useless? He gets a new one of course! But he also wants revenge.

Even in the days preceding the emergence of quirks, certain individuals possessed abilities others did not: moving objects with only a thought, maneuvering oneself through air to achieve flight, even gazing past the veil of time into the future. Such individuals were known simply as 'ESPers'. Although they were few in number, they always did their part to protect society from evils natural and unnatural, and when they died doing their duty, their children would assume the mantel and ready their children to do the same. Those were the stories Izuku Midoriya grew up hearing from his mother Inko and, as a descendant of a long and powerful line of ESPers whose mantle he aspires to carry. A hidden evil thrusts him and the world from peace into crisis. The potential to match and even surpass the valiant peacekeepers that fancy themselves superheroes lies within all human beings. True danger originates not just from quirks and genetics, but from obsession and instability. A fact Izuku became aware of when he was just a little boy. Through a violent and unexpected tragedy, he learns to adopt pragmatism over blind optimism. Through his seasoned grandparents, he learns how far his abilities, both as a human and as an ESPer can take him. And through focus and conviction, those abilities can be realized.

Based on @ManLikeETO's fanfic (Hero Hunter: Izuku Yagi [opm x mha]) Wanted to see how the monster association arc goes if it followed the webcomic version of OPM. Mostly follows the same events except for the fight that occurs above the ruined City Z. Cover drawing by: u/The_actual_DIO

After Garou was defeated by Saitama and bore witness to the death of Tareo, he sacrificed his life to undo the damage he'd inflicted upon the world. In that moment however, God stripped him of both his powers and his life, turning the hero hunter to salt, but Saitama would persevere and undo the actions of Garou's cosmic fear form, and the hunter would see Tareo one last time before his soul fade into the aether... Finding solace in the teachings of Silverfang, an S-class martial artist, Izuku transformed from a weak boy into a powerful, cold fighter. His impressive performance at the UA High School entrance exam was sabotaged by All Might, crushing his dreams.
