2nd May, 2011 - Barack Obama literally stunned the world with his announcement of the death of Osama Bin Laden. He said that "the world is now a much safer place"...but was his pronouncement somewhat premature? Present day - The UK's security services are suddenly caught totally unaware by a bomb explosion that rocks the very heart of London's transport infrastructure. The British Government is forced to put into effect a major disaster plan in order to apprehend an anonymous, dedicated, deadly terrorist who gives warning that he intends to launch a major CBRN attack on the nation's capital. COBRA - the UK Government's emergency response team is called-up to oversee the hunt to apprehend the terrorist.
