Naomi Lillian Rivers is a 24-year-old thriving Magazine journalist (A Magazine reporter) of New York Media Company. For the time being, things have been going her way very smoothly and successfully. That is until she had to attend her Aunt and Uncle's fancy get together wedding anniversary party, where she unexpectedly encountered her high school ex-best friend Liam Anthony Davis; who she now disliked. The reason behind that started 4 years ago when she got her heartbroken by Liam's relationship with his now ex-girlfriend Crissy Harrison. Liam whatsoever has no clue why Naomi hates him, so he tries to rekindle their friendship while Naomi tries to avoid him. Little did Naomi know that later on, Liam actually fell in love with her, which he tries to win her over. Naomi has no idea what to do, she promised herself that she's never gonna get involved in any romance. But, later on, she learns that there's more to him she'd forgotten all those years ago when they were best friends. Therefore, Liam might change her perspective on love.

Set in the 1980's, in Queens, New York, Antoinette Darcy Dubois (Selena Gomez) meets an old friend at the park who's name is Jackson Keith Huber (Micheal J. Fox) from high school. They're relationship is somewhat complicated due to the events that happened at a friends' birthday party. Watch as they blossom into a romantic relationship as feelings grow and boundaries are crossed.
