AN UPDATED VERSION OF THIS FANFIC After a chaotic patrol that left Mikey injured due to the harsh actions of the three older brothers, Splinter punishes them by forbidding them from going to the surface until they learn to cooperate and work together with Michelangelo. During this time, Donatello developed a drug called the BIO (Bionic-Intelligence-Organism), which enhances Mikey's intelligence, behaviour, and strength. Hoping to lift the punishment, the three brothers trick Mikey into eating a pizza containing the drug, and soon, it begins to take effect. Initially, the BIO improves Michelangelo, making him more mature, smarter, stronger, and more capable. However, as the drug's effects intensify and linger longer in Mikey's system, it starts to change him into a different person- something opposite to Mikey's true nature... Something sinister. Can the family find a way to restore Mikey to his original self, or will this dangerous new version of Mikey lead to their downfall?

Raphael didn't like a lot of things, or didn't like a lot of people. After he accidentally bumps into bumps into a young man, he is in love with the boy. When he realizes that the boy, named Akihiko Leonardo, goes to his school, Raph wants nothing but to make Leo his boyfriend. When Leo's foster father, Oroku Saki, tells him about his past and that Raphael's father, Hamato Yoshi, killed his wife, things start to change for the two (Au with Raphanardo and Micheltello, but mostly Raphanardo; there will be more parts with Micheltello later in the stories)

They thought things would be fine. Everything will be peaceful again. After regaining New York City back, saving their father and defeating the Kraang. Things were surely going back to normal. During a patrol mission, they once again came across the kraang working on a device. Caught in this "device" explosion. They woke up in the middle of new york. Just not their new york. Everything was colorful and loud. Shortly learning wherever they were, this place also ended an invasion not to long ago. Coming across their counterpart but learning, they won't be any help to them. After saying the "forbidden word," their counterpart mostly one of them. They weren't trusting them completely. They must find a way back home to stop the kraang once again. But how in this new world of mystery mystic power unknown to them. And without the help of their counterparts.

When mysterious robots attack the Turtles' lair in the sewer, they lose contact with their master, Splinter, and decide to go topside to meet up with him. However, the quartet run afoul of a group of street thugs known as the Purple Dragons, a swarm of ninjas, and four female ninja turtles. What will the teens find out about each other? The ninja turtles and their friends, including Amy Smith, must team up with Casey Jones in order to prevent an evil alien species from taking over the world. Original characters belong to Angelxoxo8 with permission.

In New York City, news reporter April O'Neil investigates a crime wave by a group of criminals called the Foot Clan. At a dock at night, she sees the Foot raiding cargo containers. After an unseen vigilante attacks the thieves, April notices a symbol left behind. April's supervisor Bernadette Thompson and her coworkers are oblivious to her story. Later, while covering a charity event thrown by Sacks Industries, April expresses gratitude to the company's CEO Eric Sacks, who was her late father's lab partner. Frustrated by the vigilante, the Clan's leader Shredder has the Foot Soldiers take hostages at a subway station in order to draw him out. April, at the scene, becomes a hostage herself. Five mysterious figures arrive, take out the Clan, and free the hostages. April follows them to a rooftop and realizes that the vigilantes are anthropomorphic mutant turtles and a human with an alien Symbiote, causing her to pass out in shock. When she regains consciousness, they advise her not to tell anyone of their existence.

What if, the Shredder aka Oroku Saki had a life before becoming the Shredder? Saki meets a lady named Hope and the two get along very well and started dating then they get married sometime later. Sometime after getting married the two had four girls named Jesse, Jamey, Tasneem, and Cheyenne. Saki was very happy to have a family of his own, he loves his wife and he adore his daughters until he started getting jealous of Yoshi. One day, the Master Sensei arrived at the Foot School and that was when Saki made his move. When the class bowed before the visiting sensei, Saki pinned the back of Yoshi's kimono to the wall with a knife, preventing him from bowing to show respect for the sensei, and everyone considered it an insult. Then, when Yoshi found the knife and pulled it out, they considered it a plot to kill the sensei, so Yoshi was banished from the Foot Clan. Hope was not at all happy with Saki and wanted him to be a man and told the truth but all it was made Saki madder. From then on, Saki took over the Foot Clan and took the once noble clan and turned it into an army of crime while his wife keep him away from his daughters and she has taken the girls away from him by moving away. Alongside her new mutant friends, she will do everything she can to prevent the world's transmutation with the help of Area 51.

AN UPDATED VERSION OF MY 2023 FANFIC This angst/hurt/comfort story takes place five months after Splinter's death, following the events of Season 4 of TMNT (2012). Mikey runs away to April's farmhouse after being coldly berated by his brothers during a messed-up patrol. When his brothers go to find him, Mikey is struck by a giant, mutated snake while trying to protect some mutated gophers. This incident leads to another argument, during which Mikey finally lashes out at his brothers, venting years of pent-up anger and sadness. However, he soon becomes gravely ill due to the snake's potent venom, much to his brothers' horror. In a race against time, the brothers seek help from the mutated gophers, desperately trying to find a cure for the poison within five hours, or else Mikey will die. Through this challenging ordeal, the brothers come to understand the true value and power Mikey holds within the family, realizing just how close they came to breaking apart. They vow to do anything to make things right. Can they save their baby brother from an agonising death before it's too late? Will they be able to rekindle their brotherhood, or is this the end of the Hamato Clan?
