Michigan City, Indiana This BOOK is UNDER CONSTRUCTION This story is Under construction Saint Mary's Church I live in NW Indiana, by Lake Michigan. My name is Erie , like the other Great Lake. This is where I will start, while I am going along Lake Michigan. Where I live is close to where A Christmas Story was filmed in Hammond Indiana. ["You'll shoot your eye out"] It is much closer to the Dunes National State Park on Route 12 in Indiana. Have you ever heard of Diana of the Dunes? Thats where she lived and died. People claim they still see her. Chicago is haunted. My grandfather on my Dad's side was Chief of Police in Chicago. My other grandfather on my Mother's side was a cemetery keeper , at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Chicago. They both said the same thing; "Chicago is haunted." My father built our house in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois, across the street from Chapel Hill Cemetery on Butterfield Road. Now I live in NW Indiana. I will supply my stories with links to back up what I say. Who has proof of this stuff anyway? Nobody. So I will supply evidence or rumors, legends, myths, witnesses, ridiculous stories from witnesses, etc. You decide.
