Microbytes Stories

This is a book where I will place all the challenges I decided to do - the ones made either by myself or some other profiles. So basically, just me writing to write...

I was thinking of all the funny thoughts we have and that it would be fun to jot them down. A little book someone could pick up and put down and dip into. Sometimes our thoughts are fleeting and others are more entrenched and thought provoking. There are also moments that are enjoyed or looked back upon. These were my ideas and I decided to run with it encouraged by my lovely friend @ShaunAllan So I would love to know what you all think. Feel free to tell me.

A woman searches for a gift.

Derek falls in love with the one person he was suppose to protect and treat like a younger sister.

A Hindu boy and a Muslim girl. The rest was history. One shot for the contest- Trials of Love by Romance.

Each of three stories must fit at least two of the three following characteristics: 1) the main character of the story must be 30+ years of age; 2) Must be female; 3) Must include a spooky element. And add to this-- a specific word count will be dictated.... not a word too much or too little. The first story must be 31 words. I would soooooo appreciate the votes if you enjoy these. This story collection is all from one prompt by @MicroBytes - 20 days 20 resolutions. It was posted as a notification on @Fantasy 's page. There will be 2 prompts per story part. I don't think I'll use all 20 prompts either. Let's just see how it goes. These are true animal stories. We live on a loop road surrounded by a preserve. Panthers, bears, alligators, deer and turkey are some of the animals that have visited us. The bobcat, on this cover, was trying to catch a stray domestic cat. It had escaped under our house. After my husband took this picture, the bobcat ran away, and the house cat lived. Our self-appointed neighborhood protector is Lucky the Fearless Dog. The first story is a MicroByte entry about Lucky and a bear. I plan on adding more animal stories. There have been a number of close animal encounters. Life is never boring in the country.
