Rose MacGyver is a 25-year-old daycare teacher in rural Georgia. She lives with her long-time best friend, Danielle, with 2 dogs and a cat. The animals belong to Danielle, but Rose treats them like her own and often walks the dogs for Danielle. Jason "Jace" Matthews is Beta of the local wolf pack in Cleveland, Ohio. When he visits Georgia on business duty with his alpha Michael, he runs into lovely Rose and Danielle. Rose learns of werewolves and monsters, but at 25 it's so hard to wrap your head around. What will become of her simple world and future?
