A Young girl named Maddie has always been more or less different from her family from her accent to her eyes throughout the whole story she wonders why she differs from her mother, and father so much. She takes on girl scoots as an after-school activity, and a man saves her from being beaten up she talks to the man and the two are great friends this brings Maddie one step closer to the truth.

2 girls and 1 guy. Lea: Lea is pretty much a normal girl but she does not like pants and shorts. She is really just the total opposite of Mia. Lea is the reason that Mia doesn't walk out of her house looking like she got dressed in the dark. Thanks to Lea both girls have styles that really complement their personality, along with being fashionable she also has amazing grades and is mainly the person you would go to for help with school. Mia: Mia is an original tomboy she hates dresses and skirts and loves shorts and jeans. Over the weekend she tries to teach Lea how to skateboard and after 3 years of teaching, she's a pro! Mia's favorite sports are basketball, baseball, and football. For school, Mia plays baseball on the boy's team with Jack (also one of her close friends). Although Mia and Lea are opposites they are so close to one another they think there sisters. Total opposites right? Well, somehow there best friends since she moved to Segerstrom elementary. Someone with an animal quirk cannot donate or get any blood from another animal quirk that is not the same species or another quirk .
