This is going to be a kind of historical-fantasy kind of roleplay. It takes place in the middle ages, and it's going to be pretty open ended with a loose plot line. Anyone can join at any time, and nobody has to fear hate, bullying, or anything of the sort. This roleplay is only to have fun, and please be nice because it's my first time making one on my own. Moderators are @Drag0n_Fire567 the superhero and @PrincessButterKnife of the Breakfast Kingdom!

Show me a man yet unrocked, unscathed, unblemished by hunger. Point him out to me and say: "He's the one. He's never felt hunger in his entire life." And I'll point out the same man as the hungriest man of all. In a race against the bell both Othy and Torolf prepare for their respective tasks at hand. Both are relatively new to their lives as mercs, yet they hunger. But hunger comes in many forms. Where one hungers for food, another may hunger for love, affiliation, or a sense of respect. Hunger, in its most rudimentary sense, is a feeling of loss or lack of something one yearns for or needs. Even if what Othy or Torolf hungers for may differ, their struggles to settle it may coincide. Maybe even more than they would ever give it credit for. And while they're both struggling for appeasement Dioge struggles on his own, miles away from anyone other than members of his own flock.

Imagine, two lightnings struck into ground next to you and your Indian boyfriend. In panic you hug him and close your eyes. When you open them again you realize, you aren't anymore at the place you've been before. Instead of your clothes you both wear something strange and medieval. There are a lot of questions: What happened and where are you? Exactly that happens to the 17 year old Liana and her boyfriend Christopher. While they're trying to answer their questions, they meet a crazy guy who confirms they're near their habitation Pamplona. Satisfied they set our for their home, when they meet up with other people, which seem to be hostile to the couple. What they learn from these people can't be true and is a giant shock. Shortly after, an amount of dangerous incidents succeed each other, many time it's a matter of life and death. The twist which were caused by incidents were unexpected and unforeseeable by anyone. Will they manage to deal with all their problems? IMPORTANT: All the rights for this story are reserved. Some of the incidents are historically correct, but the most things I've invented. At the end of the story I will also write all the facts that are connected with what I have written. I wrote the story in German first and I'm translating it now to English. I've been learning the language in school for about six years but I still got uncertaintys in some grammar-, expression- and vocabularypoints . So I ask you cordially to point my mistakes out that I'm able to correct them. Lots of love, book-world

(I'm republishing The Rugged Edge on my other account, @Tsilol. You should be able to find it there, under the same name! Meanwhile, there's nothing to see here... This is marked Complete ONLY because this post will not have anything added to it.) Princess Eloise grew up in a poor, spiritless kingdom under the reign of her step father. She knows that once, Rokenmeine was a beautiful place: abundant, rich, and always full of music. She wants to become queen so that she can restore it to what it once was, but there are deeper things than poverty tearing at the kingdom. She wonders if her mother, who is said to have died in her sleep, was actually murdered. Despair is rooted in the land; a rebellion is taking seed deep in the forest. And perhaps most pressing of all, the copy of the law that dictates when Eloise can inherit the throne is missing, shamelessly torn out of the record book. This is a story about uprising and despair, and about mystery slinking through broken people's lives... but it's also simply the journey of a lonely girl searching for a family.

As Far As The Eye Can See, is a short story I wrote a few months ago. Just now I found it in my jumble of google docs, and decided to publish it. It's a mix of prose and story. It is a story set in medieval times I wrote, about a girl named Beth, who is a noble mans daughter. She is betrothed to a rich, old man at just fourteen, although she won't marry him until she's sixteen. The story takes place over the two years she has before marrying the man. It's a story of love, loss, and bitter sweetness. I hope you all love it!

I originally published this novel in 1990 (before Wattpad existed), and the sequel-The Rood and the Torc: The Song of Kristinge, Son of Finn-in 2014. I'm thinking about republishing The Finnsburg Encounter. I've made part I available on Wattpad; comment and let me know when you're ready for part II. The tale here set forth of Finn and Hildeburh grew out of a small portion of the Old English heroic poem Beowulf. After Beowulf's victory over the monster Grendel, the hero and his brave companions gather together in Heorot, the famous hall of Danish king Hrothgar, to celebrate. In that portion of the poem, often called "The Finnsburg Episode of Beowulf" (lines 1064-1124), Hrothgar's poet sings a song about the famous battle of Finn and Hnaef. The tale is retold in brief by the Beowulf poet-a story within a story, as it were. At the time that Beowulf was composed, that tale of Finn and Hildeburh was probably well-known, and so the Beowulf poet needed only to give a brief summary of the events. Now, however, many centuries later, the full story of these events is long lost. All we know of the tragic tale of Finn is what we read in that small episode of Beowulf, and in a cryptic fragment of another poem which was discovered, transcribed by the scholar George Hickes, and then lost, but which seems to relate closely to the events told by the Beowulf poet. Here then is given, as recreated in the imagination of the author, a fuller tale of Finn and Hildeburh, and of the events leading up to the fight at Finnsburg. No knowledge of Beowulf is necessary, but those who are familiar with that great poem may enjoy these speculations. In order to give a more realistic, historical flavor to the tale, I have placed the events during a particular period of history, namely the early seventh century.
