- A take on the Midnight Library by Matt Haig - Emily Lerone has not had a single thing go right in her twenty-eight years of life. She's single, lonely, and works a 9-to-5 office job that pays far from enough for her to live comfortable. However amidst her mundane life, she holds a secret. Every year on the midnight of her birthday, a doorway to a mystical library opens up in her room. Each book in this library contains a unique lifetime of hers and all she has to do to experience them is to read the first sentence... On her twenty-eighth birthday, Emily makes the usual trip through the Midnight Library. What she doesn't expect, though, is that when she steps back into her room, something from that lifetime follows her.

This is an original book I have begun writing earlier this year, this being the first draft so over time there will be further changes to specific details however if you would like to read and tell me If your interested would be great motivation. It is about a man who dies and makes his journey through the other side having to look back on key parts of his life. Greatly inspired by the book " the midnight library" which I heavily recommend reading.
