Although skeptical of the game, she introduced it to her four closest friends- Manny, Robyn, Sabrina, and Edward. With Riley's parents' gone for the week, they decide to play it there. Worst mistake of their lives. A little game of scared and fun turns into something for terrifying... and deadly.

When Carrie Jarvis goes missing, her best friend Blaire is devastated. However, Carrie's disappearance isn't as it seems. Blaire and Carrie's boyfriend, Ryan, discover Carrie's diary and learn about what she did on the night she disappeared. Or, more specifically, what evil game she played to evoke the spirits. Blaire and Ryan dive into the frightening unknown to save their friend, but with the dangers that lurk in the shadows, will any of them make it out alive? Or will their fate be sealed by the one who comes at midnight?

The company PF, Pulman's Funding, headed by Mr. Nazar Pulman. Him and his company, one day decide to put on a little festival to earn some quick cash and more clients. People come from all over to join in the celebration. Five specific ones come to join. Echo is a girl from Chestertown, Maryland. She has lived there all her life. Her only skills are reading tumblr posts, reading, and on occasion drawing. When her friend, Nova, finds out about the festival she can't help but feel like she should accompany her. Dimitri, their other friend, also decides to accompany them. Nova is a Japanese girl. Her parents came to live in Maryland three years before Nova was born. She is a spunky girl who loves softball and to play the trumpet, piano, guitar, and flute. Over the years she has gained a high amount of scars. All from being too clumsy. Her parents were funded by the PF company, and now she had the thought that maybe she should check things out. Dimitri is a 6' Russian boy. He's nerdy and geeky person who also loves to write horror stories. He moved to Chester town when he was 13. His family is in need of money and his sister is severely sick. Because of this, he decides to go with Echo and Nova to the festival. Ziv is the twin brother of Zev. They have relied on each other for 21 years. Their family has moved to almost half of the states. That's 20 to be exact. Eventually, they gave up on making many friends. After they turned 19, they moved out and went to college. During this time, they started to get bored with life and decided that now would be the time to try to do something. That's when the festival shows up. At first the festival seems like harmless fun, but soon things change, and they aren't for the better. Games start and no one is allowed to leave. Each team of 5 sends 1-5 people, depending on the game, out into the arena/main house/room. Each game slowly gets darker and more terrifying. Will they be able to get through alive and unharmed?

Maggie moved from Maine to Arizona and met her two best friends Elizabeth and Aaliyah who are twins. One day while hanging out at Maggie's house the three girls decide to watch some YouTube videos about the Midnight Game. After watching the videos they thought that it would be a fun and harmless game.. I mean nothing bad happened to the people in the videos right? So what happens to Maggie, Elizabeth, and Aaliyah when they play the game? Will they encounter the Midnight Man? Will they live to tell the tale of there experience playing The Midnight Game?
