I loved her in all the ways you're not supposed to love someone who isn't yours. This book is proof of that mistake. A collection of poems about longing, attachment, and the quiet humiliation of loving someone who never loved you back. It's about romanticizing pain, unlearning it, and still finding yourself writing about her anyway. If you've ever been too much for someone who was never enough for you-welcome home.

"||He was a star she admired from the earth below. Too far to reach... yet bright enough to guide her through her darkest nights. Between unsent messages, midnight live streams, and silent prayers, she built a world where he became her comfort without ever knowing her name. But sometimes, love does not need meetings, confessions, or endings. Sometimes... love exists simply to save you.||"

Quietly Restless is a collection of poems born from inner conflicts that were once about to scream but ended up on these pages. These pages hold unspoken thoughts, restrained storms, and the restlessness within that never announces itself. For those who feel deeply but speak softly, and sometimes end up bursting out with the wrong things.🌷

Stephen had encountered another small talk with Matthew, who still insists the former that Brianna really has a thing for him. Stephen wouldn't entertain the gist of their discussion, saying that Bri is "just way nice to everybody". For some reason, as his other friends head home, Stephen tagged himself along Brianna's supposed me-time mall trip for that night. He was glad that his self-invitation got an okay from her. When the two got to the middle of their dinner, Brianna felt that she needed to use the bathroom and left Stephen with a favor to wait for a Facebook message from Bri's laptop and save it on her usb drive. But it seemed to have a mind of its own and Stephen found himself clicking everywhere on its screen. It looks like that's not the only thing Stephen will find out that night. He should strongly reconsider his stand on whether Brianna likes him, or not. xoxo

This is not a metaphor. This is not a dramatization. This is what a panic attack actually looks like when it doesn't stop. After midnight on a cold Thursday night, my body turned against me. What started as a familiar warning - that quiet something's wrong feeling - turned into hours of pacing, shaking, dissociation, and survival rituals that didn't work the way they were supposed to. I walked until my legs felt hollow. Held ice until my hands stopped feeling real. Cleaned bathrooms because movement was the only thing keeping me upright. Tried food. Tried noise. Tried silence. Tried lying down. Nothing shut it off. This is a record of that night - from the first wave of panic to the moment I finally came back into myself days later. No inspiration. No recovery arc. No clean ending. Just what it's like to stay alive when your nervous system refuses to let you rest.
