In a world where roughly eighty percent of the population are born with an extraordinary ability called a Quirk, Ryuki Tatsuko is no exception. She has moved to Musutafu for her last year of middle school, and like everyone her age, she's hoping to get into U.A. High School and become a Pro Hero. Yami Kokuryū, born with the quirk Dark Matter Manipulation (DMM) for short, allows Yami to create a dark matter that she can control the shape of and use it for transportation using a portal and make a an animal which she shares senses with. She wanted to be a hero until middle school and most of her classmates started bullying her saying her quirk was for villains. And after a failed attempt at suicide she said "Let's fucking prove them right" (Accidentally deleted the scene so I'll add it at the very end of the story maybe?) Over 190 years go Lorelei Telum was born as a test subject, right around the time Quirks started appearing in everyday life. At the age of 10 she escaped her prison and started a new life for herself as one of Japan's very first hero's known as Potentia. For 6 long years she fought crime. Saving lives was her top priority, not wanting anyone else to go through the pain she endured as a child. All For One took an interest in her quirk. Taking her abilities and leaving her in a comatose and frozen state All For One forcibly gave her Quirk to his younger brother who had his own Quirk. The two merged and became known as One For All, All For One unknowingly passed along her consciousness. Realizing they couldn't defeat All For One, they chose to pass down One For All to the new torch berrer in hopes that someday All For One will be defeared. Now, 7 generations later with Toshinori Yagi, All Might, badly wounded and hastily looking for their new susseser before time runs out Lorelei begins to doubt she'll ever return to her body but continues her duty as the torch for the next susseser.
