Storms have always calmed down the half and half boy, even when Endeavor lashed out at him at unholy nightly hours. They had their arms wide open, humming through their thunders that roamed the stars. Once his closest friend -now boyfriend- started to be around Todoroki more often, everything had improved in his life. He didn't need to depend on those gales streaking the night to relieve him of his anxieties. No, the boy who he loved the most in the world did. However, this was not one of those lucky nights that the curly-haired boy fended off the beast that lurked in his mind.

This is an AU where Earth is seperated by two creating two worlds. The sky and the ground. The people who lives in the sky which Todoroki is at have adapted growing wings in their backs while the people who lives in the ground are just people where Midoriya is. They have a bad relationship with each other having heated arguments, competition on who was always better but they only have one school in hopes to fix it someday. They got too focused on their battle that they didn't notice two kids were already getting so close they become insperable slowly becoming one.

Midoriya is having a repeated dream about his best friend, Todoroki, every night. The dream consist of both of them at the beach, kissing and somethings Izuku would rather keep quiet about. Sometimes these dreams can be interrupted by a small nightmare about his previous bully, Bakugou, or villains. The dreams eventually eat away at his feelings while little Izuku is desperately confused. WHAT WILL HAPPEN?!? THE SUSPENSE IS KILLING ME! No lemons! Shouto grew up too fast, thus he's already been put into internships and sent to hero/rescue work alongside Endeavor. He has never been given a voice or a microphone to express any way he actually feels- in fact, if he was being honest, being this 15 year old hero didn't feel right; nor did anything he endured to get that far. But because his dream is to become the greatest hero--he is forced to accept that this /must/ be right. it must be what he's meant to do- all he'll /ever/ be meant to do. It's only when he withstands life threatening injuries + learns his "control" he thought he had was entirely false - where his fighting spirit is broken. (or was it just "sculpted" fighting spirit? he doesn't know.) It's suggested to him that he attends UA as he relearns to regain his fighting strength and stamina. He basically has to relearn how to use his quirk in a sustainable manner, and the fear of being critically injured again terrifies him. Incoming Izuku; who has absolutely no control over OFA, he's heard of Shouto's story. but because of fear, Shouto is incredibly cold to him. Even so much as envying the amateur quirk user because he doesn't walk life in tremendous fear. But since Izuku is just so damn persistent, it doesn't take long until they're on daily greeting status; to "I think you're incredibly resilient, please dont discredit your strength"; to--"call me if you /ever/ need anything." As the year goes on, seeing Izuku push through countless fatalities puts Shouto in a place where he's not only afraid for himself- he's afraid of izuku breaking. He's afraid of the same thing that deeply affected him --happening to the one person he's ever allowed to know him. The /real/ him. Unlike most normal people Midoriya is followed by an incredible quantity of bad luck. Through all of the danger he's been in he got plenty of scars, that he doesn't really want people to know about, so he uses clothing to hide them. Todoroki is also a mostly normal boy. The only thing that makes him different is his abnormal eye for little details. He can't help but notice little thing that most don't see in people and find it interesting. This keen attention to detail has been with him since he was a little boy. Yaoyorozu is Todoroki's only friend. Both parents forcing them to go on dates, Both very gay. Midoriya, on the way to UA's entrance exam, and Todoroki, on the way to one of his dates, ran into each other, but how odd is it to notice what anyone could notice? Why was this shorter, green haired boy wearing two shirts, (one being long sleeved) and jeans near the end of the summer? **Also Yaoyorozu has a pretty big role in this story and I don't feel like typing Yaoyorozu out every time I would usually have to cuz i'm lazy like that so everyone calls her Yaomomo ;0 I hope you enjoy this story even though it was (1.) my first actual non planned AND posted fanfiction, and (2.) I will not be continuing it! I'm still proud of most of what I did (I think) because I believe that I had some good Ideas but ended up not being able to motivate myself to keep going- sorry if the story ends up disappointing anyone ;-;

And maybe more. (we havn't really decided which ships to include yet.) And one more thing, we improved the universe by deciding that Mineta never existed. We both share a common hatered towards Mineta for various reasons. If you don't like this fanfic just don't read it! I also wanted to add: The fact that we are both from a country that doesn't speak English as our first language we will probably end up accidently misspells something, or write something in a weird grammatical way. Shoto whispered before fainting against the wall, falling into the strange man's arms. "Oh. Please don't die. That would be bad..." Izuku mumbled, helping the wounded man into his flower shop.
