She will take back what was hers. Your majesty. ⸻ This story was born in the most incredible Might and Magic campaign I ever played. It spanned nearly two years, filled with memories, chaos, and moments I'll never forget - though, with time, some details have slipped away. What remains are the notes I kept like sacred scripture, relics of a world I still mourn. When the game ended, it left a hollow. I missed my friends, my characters... so I brought them back, only to make them suffer again. Esmeray is my original character. You'll either love her or hate her - there's no in-between. She's cruel, calculating, and utterly broken. But she's mine. Always has been. Always will be. And Joan Shar... the love interest, the ghost that haunts her even now. My friends still hear about him - you will, too. Though it's Esmeray who haunts the narrative, Joan never really leaves it. Welcome to my favorite universe - filled with morally gray monsters, from the beautifully insane to the viciously cruel. Let the darkness in.
