When 16 year-old Damian Stone finds a friend in the new kid at school, his life takes a turn. He gets dragged along with 15 year-old Luka McNarren on an adventure to save the race from children's myths- the Ancients. The boys learn things they didn't know about each other and themselves as they venture far from home, but not everything is as set in stone as they think. Sometimes your superior can't be trusted- a lesson Damian learns the hard way.

This story is about a girl called Liz. Liz is the daughter of a rich couple. She was their princess, their little girl. She had everyrhing! She was the happiest girl of the country! Or so everyone thought. Liz wasn't that happy about her life. But why wasn't she happy...?

"And like a snake, whispers of wind curled around his neck, 'Turn to me child' it seemed to hum, a lingering tone of promise in its voice, 'You will have everything you could ever want' 'All that I want I own, what makes you think you have something I desire? I am the hero.' The boy spoke cockily, but he was only that, a boy, a mere child. The whirls of wind swirled together, slinking around the child's body like string. 'Heroism will only get you so far, I can grant your power beyond your very comprehension.' This peaked the boys interest, and a smirk curled up on his face. '..go on.' " ((This is actually a book I'm writing for my dad (and maybe actually publishing one day) so I'm not expecting it to get a lot of attention, but feel free to read and critique the fuck out of it so I can improve!))
