This is Mello x oc fanfic and even though I try to stick to the canon of the Death Note manga I might change some details and I apologize in advance for mischaracterising the characters in case that happens😭. Also I might change the title if I come up with something better. plot: Genka Nishikawa is the guitarist in a Visual Kei band named DURANDAL. After years of struggling to settle in the music industry, the band finally managed to gain their well-deserved success, and at the beginning of 2009, they organized their first big tour in the United States of America. Everything was going great, and to the bandsmen surprise, each venue was full, and everything was sold out, but things started to deteriorate for Genka the moment they stepped foot in Los Angeles, as she gradually became more and more aware of the presence of a figure she hoped to leave in the past and forget about.
