Mike went out to gather food for him and his party as he stumbled upon the whisper child, or as that's what people called him. What will Mike do? And how will the whisper child respond?

As the final battle approaches Mike is the first to notice that something about Will's behaviour doesn't align. In an unexpected turn of events Mike's long protected secret; his feelings for his best friend are revealed, somehow saving the world from its premature ending. A sweet yet, (in Robin's words) an avalanche of a romance blossoms between the two lifelong friends.
