Mikey told Takamichi to dare him to have sex with Draken. Draken disagreed but Mikey told him it was a lot of yen. He was only doing this because he needed to find a way to confess his feelings to Draken. Draken was hesitant at first because he didn't want to hurt his friend but Mikey drugged him a little which caused him to go way too overboard. After that event, Mikey had fallen sick but the sickness was no sickness but, a life forming in him.

Toman has grown quite a bit but so has Mikey's feelings for Draken. A new disease has been spreading throughout Tokyo that only affects those of one sided love. Mikey finds himself to be one of victims of the disease and soon falls close to death. His fear is what keeps him from confessing even though it might just save his life.
