Things changed over the past 9 years. Kokonoi's friendship with Seishu changed a lot over the past 9 years, but they still stuck together. Even after Kokonoi's mind gets fuzzy and he hurt him, Seishu still stayed. (A retelling of events one-shot, where Seishu puts up with Koko's bullshit)

Draken was the real and only reason to believe in love and to believe that there would always be someone waiting for Mikey. This is why Mikey wanted Draken to stay.

After that event, Mikey had fallen sick but the sickness was no sickness but, a life forming in him.
