Mikhail is currently in a relationship with a woman named Eva Coleman. They were both initially drawn to each other as they thought the other was attractive, with Mikhail desiring someone who would listen and validate his emotions, to help him feel loved and wanted, while Eva desired someone who was strong and would protect her. Their relationship quickly soured into an abusive one, on top of the already abusive one Mikhail has with his estranged father. When Shawna and Mikhail come to meet each other, things take a turn..............
