this is a mass crossover story. Misaka is kidnaped from acadimy city experimented on my an unknown organization and terned in to a superweapon later discovered by Ben 10 she killed him and took the Omnitrix for herself. later she finds a crasked star ship and finds a sith holocran and become a sith lord. then late is mutated into a dragon hafebreed. leaves planet and let's just say she gets more powerful then later comes back to acadimy city and force drains the knowledge and esper powers from the scientists and students but dose not kill them. from there she keeps getting more powerful and collects more weapons and armor from across the univers.(this star wars universe has several anime and cartoon world's in the unknown reaches of the Galaxy.)Mikoto is OP from the begining but will explain haw she got that way in flashbacks.

One bright sunny day, Mikoto Misaka and her cousin Shino Asada decided to meet their friends Kazuto and Asuna at a diner in Academy City. While there, they are attacked by a mysterious magician named Vento of The Front, who gives them a cryptic warning about something called Alicization.. moments after avoiding the attack.. Kirito is assaulted by a former member of Laughing Coffin who took part in the Death Gun incident. In a heated moment, Mikoto jumps in front of Kirito.. taking a needle full of drugs to the chest.. in a frantic attempt to save her, both Kazuto and Shino end up drugged as well.. and Asuna is left frantically calling paramedics as her 3 friends begin to slowly slip away.. A whole new world is then opened up.. a new virtual world.. known as the Underworld..

Mikoto Misaka is the third strongest Esper out of that 2.1 billion that dwell in Academy City, being also a prestigious student at the most high class all girl's school in the entire world. Naturally, having such high powers, she has faced many weird phenomenon within the city known for the weird and scientifically advanced. However.. her knowledge about the universe is challenged when she meets a particularly weak esper named Ben Tennyson, whose been living on the streets because he couldn't afford the dorm. And as Mikoto will soon discover.. Ben's true powers.. completely unrelated to his esper ones... are quite out of this world...literally.. ( Also known as とある科学のオムニトリックス Toaru Kagaku no Omunitorikkusu.)

Touma Kamijou: A Level Zero High Schooler in Academy City who has nothing but bad luck because of his right hand that contains Imagine Breaker which allows him to cancel out esper abilities and magic. And after he saved his nun friend Index with the help of Stiyl Magnus and Kaori Kanzaki, Touma nearly lost his memories when one of the feathers with Dragon's Breath landed on his left hand as he cancelled it out with his right. And after saving Aisa Himegami with Stiyl, Touma's life is still misfortune after Index went with the two sorcerers but his luck is going to be a bit better.

Mikoto Misaka the 3rd ranked level 5 transfers to a certain high school because she has had enough of Kuroko perverted personality and got the idea when she was talking to Aiho but little did she know she would be in the same class as a certain idiot and Aiho forced Accelerator the 1st ranked level 5 to go to the same school to keep in eye on him and Last Order and the Magic side is up to something and both Mikoto and Accelerator get dragged in to it because of a certain idiot's misfortune that idiot just happens to be Touma Kamijou with Imagine Breaker in his right arm bringing bad luck with it.
