It was a day none of them would forget. The day that their little circle got bigger by one. The day they met their future queen of the red clan. They saved her from the cold world, in return, she stayed with them. Showing them the meaning of family while learning it for herself along the way. This is Homra's Red Queen, Shizuka. "Holding a racket has always been my dream and passion... but as I continue with my career, I believe that it's not the only purpose for me to live." "You helped me to become a better version of myself, Y/N, and I thank you for that." This is a story that centers around 19-year-old Y/N L/N who was declared as the nation's women badminton player in her early ages. She never fails to leave her opponents in awe with her graceful moves yet strong plays. However, her career started only because of her high school crush - Shiratori Mikoto. You can call it chasing love, and she didn't deny it. She has always been a smart girl despite her shy presence. At first, she was enjoying the continuous compliments coming from everyone as she continuously wins her every game, but it was getting boring as she only wanted to be complimented by a certain someone. Yet she failed at confessing to him as he somehow disappeared after they graduated high school. Now, she finally knew where he was. He was now an employee of Sunlight Beverage Company and she grabbed the opportunity to leave her badminton career to apply to this company. Will she be able to muster up the courage to finally confess to Mikoto? Or will it backfire, yet again? Disclaimer: I do not own any of the characters in the story as they rightfully belong to the rightful owners. Notice: I will be following the plot of the anime. I will only be changing a bit of the content for the reader to adjust.

This is basically about Mikoto x OC/reader thus there will be lemons at some point. This takes place at the beginning of Mikoto's journey before he became King and when the former Red King was alive. A journey of both him and Kasai Kagutsu (My oc) , the younger sister of Genji Kagutsu.
