This takes place in 2020 but there's no COVID-19 and the other psychotic stuff that's happening. Laurens and Alexander are in college (along with their other friends) and Laurens has depression (not doing this to be quirky, doing this bc I don't feel like talking to people about my problems so I'm gonna give them to him Also, they don't know each other in the beginning.
