You've all heard of the phrase, "You don't know what you've got until it's gone.." correct? For Len Kagamine, that phrase was wrong. For him, it was, "You know exactly what you have, you just never thought you'd lose it." Len looked different from what he'd looked like nine years ago. Nine years ago, he was a chubby little kid who couldn't make it on his own, yet would still be as naive as to try and make others happy. Now, he was a bit more strong, more buff. In a way, to most women, more... handsome? The important part was that his heart didn't change. He was still kind to others, no matter the consequences of what he'd dwelled in the past, despite his new appearance. He was ready to start a new leaf. The only question was... Was everyone else ready for it too?

But when his English brother Oliver sees what Len is doing he does the opposite of being a good brother and takes his chance and almost successfully steals Miku from Len. But then when Len finds out that there is conflict between the Hatsune and the Kagamine families his life crumbles. For his love towards Miku and her love towards him (later in the story) is indeed a forbidden one. Rated "T" for adult content and mild profanity.
