It doesn't make sense. How could such a strong bond between two friends immensely break after words of hatred? The answer was simple. You've all heard of the phrase, "You don't know what you've got until it's gone.." correct? For Len Kagamine, that phrase was wrong. For him, it was, "You know exactly what you have, you just never thought you'd lose it." Len looked different from what he'd looked like nine years ago. Nine years ago, he was a chubby little kid who couldn't make it on his own, yet would still be as naive as to try and make others happy. Now, he was a bit more strong, more buff. In a way, to most women, more... handsome? The important part was that his heart didn't change. But then when Len finds out that there is conflict between the Hatsune and the Kagamine families his life crumbles.
